Bonn Group unveils trans-fat-free focaccia bread

In its latest offering from a premium range of bakery products, Ludhiana-based Bonn Group has launched a new range of bread under its ‘La Americana Gourmet’ product line.

To offer great taste as well as health benefits, Bonn has launched La Americana Focaccia bread with no added preservatives and the goodness of olives and herbs. The newly launched bread is trans-fat-free and has a good shelf life as other Bonn products, even without added preservatives. 

Focaccia is yet another premium product from Bonn’s basket as the group aims to offer nutritious products that can boost health and metabolism at a time when consumers are conscious about everything, they eat in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Apart from olives and herbs, the bread is garnished with green chilli and contains oregano, rosemary, and garlic as well. This makes it a healthy product and an excellent snacking option. While rosemary is a rich source of antioxidants, oregano also acts as an antioxidant.  

Although the newly launched Focaccia bread will target customers in cities, metros, and urban areas, Bonn is also planning to launch such premium products in semi-urban areas, with the increasing awareness and demand for high-end bakery products. The Focaccia bread is available in 100 grams packs worth Rs 40.
