The Osso Good Co. adds Food Industry Veteran Jill Costelow to its Board of Directors

The Osso Good Co., are excited to announce the expansion of its board of directors with the addition of food industry veteran, Jill Costelow.  Jill was most recently the VP of Operations at Pressed Juicery, and prior to that she served as the Director of Beverage Operations at POM Wonderful.

Osso Good's CEO and Board Chair Meredith Cochran commented, "We are now in a major period of revenue growth, with May coming in at yet another record.  Osso Good will greatly benefit from this addition to its board of directors. Jill's extensive knowledge in production and food safety will be paramount in taking Osso Good to the next level.  I'm personally thrilled."

Jill has over 25 years of experience managing large-scale technical and manufacturing processes and leading product innovation.  Jill has extensive experience working for large companies such as Nestle, Coca Cola, and Frito Lay as well as earlier-stage companies such as Pressed Juicery, POM Wonderful, California Natural Products and Odwalla. 

Jill has experience in building plants from the ground up, shepherding the project from idea to implementation.  Her experience ranges from CPG to brick and mortar retail stores.  Jill is well-versed in the fresh and pasteurized juice industry and was part of the original team that wrote the FDA's Juice HACCP plan.   

In addition to being recognized as an authority on thermal process, Jill is also a certified BRC auditor and has an extensive background in food microbiology.  She received a B.A. in Food Science from University of California, Davis.
